Her Story
After my divorce, I wasn't just heartbroken — I was lost. Disoriented. Numb from the neck down. I didn't know who I was without the roles I had lived inside for decades.
Rebuilding wasn't linear. Some days I spiraled. Some days I snapped back into survival mode — the same mask I'd been wearing since I was a little girl, still doing its job long after the danger had passed.
What I built out of that season became Understanding You — the book, and the method underneath everything I teach now. Not a way to fix yourself. A way to finally see yourself clearly, and choose what to do next.
I'm not here to fix you. You're not broken. You're simply becoming the woman you were always meant to be.
I've been in healthcare continuously since 1995 — most recently as Regional Associate Director, Clinical Performance at OptumCare, leading value-based care strategy across a national organization. That healthcare-operator lens is exactly what makes my coaching different: I don't just hold space, I build a structured plan and hold you to it, the way I'd hold any team to a real outcome.
The Understanding You Method
Five stages, not always linear. You loop, you regress, you re-enter — and that's part of the work, not a failure of it.
01
The mask slips. The numbing stops working. Naming what is.
02
Watching the pattern without immediately fixing it.
03
Resetting beliefs and identity to match who you're becoming.
04
Living the new identity — in your calendar, body, relationships.
05
Becoming the woman who glows from the inside, and attracts what's hers.
